Type S mortar is a premium mixture of ingredients that are routinely tested to meet the rigorous performance requirements of Structural Masonry. Type S is specified by architects and engineers to help insure consistency and accuracy on the job site, eliminating the need to train laborers on how to make a workable mortar. Premixed Type S Mortar will reach compression strengths of at least eighteen hundred PSI in twenty eight days set forth in ASTM C-270. Pre-blended.
